Aluminum Camlock Coupling Type B Female Coupler X Male
Camlocks are commonly found in every industry, including manufacturing, agriculture, oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, and military applications. This coupling is extremely adaptable. Product Description
Type B couplers are normally used with Type F adapters, but can be used with Type A and E adapters and DP (Dust Plug) of identical size.
Product Feature
The female side of this coupler will connect to the male adaper camlock.
The male threaded side of this adapter will connect to a female National Pipe Tapered (NPT) .
To make a connection, simply put the adapter into the female coupler and with normal hand pressure, press the cam levers down.
Uncoupling is as quick and simple as coupling. Just lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.

Selection Tips
Size: The size of the thread or hose determines the size of the camlock required. If you have a 1" thread or a 1" hose then you need a 1" Camlock.
Pressure: Operating pressure ratings vary for the various materials with Stainless Steel having the highest rating and Polypropylene the lowest.
Temperature: The temperature rating of the camlock is largely determined by the gasket. If you have exceedingly high or low temperature requirements, please see the temperature rating of the respective gaskets.
Material: Chemical compatibility varies for the various materials
End Connection: If you are connecting to a hose you will require a hose shank end, (That is a Type C or E). If you are connecting to a male thread you will require a cam with a female thread, (That is a Type A or D). If you are connecting to a female thread then you will require a cam with a male thread. (That is a Type B or F).
